For months I´ve been toying with the idea of offering my work for sale. Letting go is not easy for me. With books, of course, there are multiple copies, but each painting is unique and irreplaceable.

What it boils down to is this: do I want to keep my oeuvre intact to be shown as opportunity allows or do I want to share it with an enthusiastic and appreciative collector?

I´ve decided to offer a challenge to potential buyers of art. Just as McCawber in David Copperfield “challenged” employers to hire him, I would like to know if anyone likes my work enough to purchase it. This seems to me to be the ultimate test of the impact of any work of art.

So, if you are interested, please contact me [ via e-mail at quietcities@gmail.com ] about the piece you have in mind and let me know what you plan to do with it. I will send you pricing information, that is, I will tell you what I'm asking for it, and we can go from there.

And please accept my thanks in advance for your patience and understanding.
